The Power Rack Step Up Plate Attachment is designed as an accessory attachment for Power Racks. Its versatility allows users to set and adjust the Step-Up Plate at different heights depending on the users needs. The Step Up Plate allows users to perform exercises such as Back Squats; Step-Up Plate Glute-Ham Raises; Step-Up Plate Depth Romanian Deadlifts and Incline Sit-ups.
